How to use:
1. Plug in the power cord, if you want to massage the whole body, connect the electrode pads and infrared into the machine.
2. Put your feet on the machine.
3. Press the switch button to turn on the machine, then the LCD screen will lights up.
4. Then you can adjust different modes and time by remote or buttons.
5. Then you will feel low frequency impulse massage for your feet or body.
6. Pressing the switch button can terminate the massage period.

Note:
1. Please don’t stick two adhesive pads together.
2. Keep the adhesive gel pads clean, never put them under high temperature and direct sunshine.
3. If the electrode gel pads are insufficiently adhesive or dirty, please wipe with a wet cloth or change new ones. Don’t clean the electrode gel pads with any chemical.
4. For protection the gel pads, please put it on the gel pad protector after use.
